ETS • European Teratology Society

The objectives of the Society are to stimulate interest in and promote the exchange of ideas and information about the etiology, prevention and treatment of congenital malformations.

NBTS • Neurobehavioral Teratology Society

The Neurobehavioral Teratology Society was formed in 1977. Its purpose is to understand the behavioral and developmental alterations that result from genetic and environmental perturbations of the nervous system during the pre- and perinatal period.

OTIS • Organization of Teratology Information Specialists

The Organization of Teratology Information Specialists (OTIS) is organized exclusively to stimulate and encourage the dissemination of knowledge, education, and research in the field of clinical teratology, and to improve the abilities of teratology information services to provide accurate and timely information about prenatal exposures with the overall objective of improving the public health.

OTIS Fact Sheets: To educate the public, the Organization of Teratology Information Specialists has compiled Fact Sheets on various exposures of concern. Fact Sheets answer frequently asked questions about exposures during pregnancy and lactation.
