Presentation Instructions
Teratology
Society Annual Meeting 2003
Poster material should be organized within an area that is 4 feet
high x 6 feet wide. The top of your poster board should contain
the following information, with letters at least 3/4 inches high:
1. Your
Poster Number
2. Title
3. Authors
4. Affiliations
A copy of
the abstract should be posted towards the upper-left corner and a set
of conclusions toward the lower-right corner of your poster. These should
be printed in letters about 1/4 inch high. Poster information should be
legible from a distance of at least 3 to 4 feet. Material, including line
drawings, should be clearly presented and may be computer generated (laser
printing is preferred). PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PUSHPINS. Poster sessions
and times for setup and removal are indicated in the program.
Posters
should be on display from 12:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. on Monday, June
23 (Poster Session I) or 12:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June
24 (Poster Session II). Those presenting should plan to be present from
5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. All posters should be removed immediately
following the poster session at 7:30 p.m.
All participants, including those presenting posters, are required to
register for the Annual Meeting. Registration and Housing information
can be obtained on the Teratology Society’s Web site
